セルライトがひどくて温泉に入るのが恥ずかしい。。。

1回目をやって4日後に2回目をやることにしました。

スリムスペックは期間をあけなくても別にいいみたいで、別に毎日やっても大丈夫とのこと。

でも、週に1-2回で通うくらいで効果は十分あるとのことです。

私は早くこのひどいセルライトを解消したいと思いまして、週2回で通うことにしました。

大浴場に入るのが恥ずかしいこのセルライト

先日、大浴場に入る機会があったのですが、このひどいセルライトの状況を自分で自覚してから初めての大浴場。

誰も私の後ろ姿は見てないと思うけど、ホント恥ずかしくて前じゃなくて後ろをタオルで隠したいって気分でした。(笑)

誰もいない時間を見計らって入りました。。。

鏡で後ろ姿を見たら照明の具合がかなりいい感じでセルライトのボコボコ感を映し出していたので、記録用に写真を撮ってみました。

ちなみに、スリムスペック1回目をやったあとです。

このお風呂、ジェットバスだったのですが、

このジェット噴射でセルライトを少しでもほぐそうと当ててみたところ、スリムスペックをやっている時に痛かったところが、やっぱり痛かったです。(笑)

私のセルライト、相当固くなっているのかな。。。(笑)
