セルライト治療：スリムスペック1回目

自分のセルライトのひどさにやっと気付き、セルライト治療を決意

からの続きです。

セルライトを除去してくれる「スリムスペック（Slimspec）」の1回目をやってきました。

脂肪層に焦点を合わせ衝撃波を照射することで、脂肪層を破砕することができる技術を使った治療法です。

こちらがスリムスペックの機器。

まず、Tバックの紙ショーツに履き替えます。

情けない後ろ姿。。。

この写真だとあまりボコボコ感分からないですよね。

ジェルを塗って、この金属の棒みたいなものを押し付けて衝撃波でセルライトを分解するというしくみです。

この面をセルライトの部分に押し当てます。

ものすごく高速でパンパンたたかれているって感じです。

スリムスペックは、エンダモロジーと違って吸引ではありません。

雑誌でも読みながらやってもらえるのかと思いきや、めちゃくちゃ痛い。。。

痛みからの脂汗か、結構が良くなったからか、終わったら汗ばんでいました。(笑)

太ももの裏を左右やってもらったのですが、

施術後は左がマイナス1cm、右はサイズ変わらずでした。

すっごく痛くて、きっと内出血沢山出ているだろうな。。。と思ったのですが、うっすら1つか2つ出来たくらい。

膝の後ろとお尻が想定外に痛かったです。

痛いところはセルライトがひどいところだそう。

料金は1回太もも左右で23,000円くらいです。

正直これを何回もやるのはかなりの大出費ですが、かなり深刻な状態だと思ったので。。。

ビフォー＆アフター

ものすごく大きくてダサいパンツを履いているなと思われるかもしれませんが、これはブラデリスニューヨークのモモパンツ・ショーツ(STEP1)というものでして、

今はヒップアップすべくの最初の段階で、

お尻のお肉をすっぽり包み込んで、お肉をショーツの中に集めて、ヒップと太ももの境目を作る

というものです。

私がセルライト治療を始めようと思ったきっかけも、このブラデリスのモモパンツを履いて太もものお肉をショーツに入れ込む時に太ももの後ろ側を触ったらボコボコしているのに気がついたから。

帰ってから、お水を沢山飲んで老廃物を流すように、お風呂に入って体をよく温めるといいですよと言われました。

欲張って更に家でマッサージをしてみたのですが。。。

頑張りすぎて内出血してしまいました。
