手術を受ける前に注意書きをもらったので、ここに書きとめておきます。
病院により、手術後についての注意は様々なので、あくまで、ご参考程度に。
私が手術を行った病院はこんなカンジです。
●テープ、包帯、固定は7日目まで外さない
●シャワーは4日目から、傷口を濡らさないようにして浴びることができる。手術が顔の場合は2日目より揺らしても構わない。体の場合には、傷口に防水シールを貼りシャワーを浴びること
●洗髪は1日目から。手術部位は触らないようにすること
●入浴は8日目から、抜糸が済んでから
●アイメイクは8日目から
●お化粧は2日目から。糸で縫ってある傷口を避けて行うこと。手術部位は強く押したりしないように
●腫れは個人差がありますが、5日から2週間でほぼ落ち着く。自然な感じになるのには1ヶ月かかる。腫れに左右差が出ることがあるが、徐々にそろってくるので、心配はない。
●まれに内出血のため、周辺が赤紫色になることがあるが、2週間ほどで消えるので心配しないように
●眼は柔らかいアイスノンなどで1-2日ひやすこと。濡らさないように、硬いもので押さないように注意すること
●コンタクトレンズの使用は3日後からになる。使用時に違和感があればさらに数日間様子を見ること
●お酒は5日目まで控えること
●手術部位のマッサージは4週間ほど控えること
●激しい運動は4週間ほど控えること
●脂肪吸引された方は、翌日包帯を解き、ボディスーツ、ガードル、ウエストニッパー、サポーター、ストッキングなどで圧迫すること
●チークリフトされた方は帰宅後にフェイスマスクを好け、軽くほほ〜あごを圧迫すること
●プロテーゼ挿入手術をされた方は2週間はプロテーゼを押したり、ぶつけたりしないこと。うつぶせ寝は控えること
